    J. Fletcher Creamer & Son, Inc. (Creamer) was awarded the Wyandotte Treatment Plan Ion Exchange Improvement Project in Franklin Lakes, New Jersey.

    The Wyandotte Water Treatment Plant Ion Exchange Improvements required Creamer to excavate and install helical piles to support the foundation for the new 16’ x 36’ addition to the existing treatment plant. This section of the building was added to house two Ion Exchange Vessels and a chemical room. The existing treatment plant also received several upgrades to the process piping, well pumps, exterior, chemical systems, instrumentation, SCADA, HVAC, and electrical. The project scope includes:

    • 15 EA Helical Piles
    • 75 CY of Concrete
    • 160 LF of 6” – 12” Exterior Piping
    • 105 LF of 6” – 8” Interior piping.
