Jones Road Bridge Replacement
Creamer-Sanzari, A joint venture was awarded this project of a full bridge replacement over Route 4 in Englewood, NJ. This project consists of the full replacement of the 202’-long Jones Road Bridge over Route 4. This consists of the complete removal and replacement of the deck, floor beams, stringers, piers, and abutments. Approximately 6,000 CY of rock removal and rock bolts will be required to accommodate the new set back abutments. Installation of temporary sheeting will be needed to construct the new bridge in phases. Then, architectural balustrade parapets will also be constructed, along with relocating 4 active utilities. The utilities being relocated include water, gas, electrical, and communications. New lighting will also be installed throughout the project.
