ASBURY PARK, NEW JERSEY — The Asbury Park Waterfront Redevelopment Phase 1 project was completed as part of the Oceanfront Asbury plan—a 56-acre waterfront redevelopment plan that included residential, retail and entertainment components, and municipal services. Our work entailed the complete reconstruction of select streets—roads, curbs, utilities, sanitary sewers and storm drains—in the city of Asbury Park.
